Every Face Is Beautiful or God Don't Make Mistakes.

I've been back from Venezuela since last Thursday and I've been having a devil of a hard time finding a place to call home.

I went back to the taxi garage where I found that the owners are now dealing with a relative shortage of drivers which makes my life easier. I have the green taxis and Uber to thank for that.

The point of this post though. Is to share a revelation I experienced while riding the nber four subway yesterday. Now, when I was growing up my mother taught me not to judge people by their looks.

What struck me yesterday was that not only the pretty faces but every last single face I looked at was beautiful.

“Non, rien n'est pardonne”

Turkish magazine gives the answer Charlie Hebdo deserves

Cafcaf magazine responds to Hebdo in the same language, saying that nothing will be forgiven by those who have been oppressed and blood still being spilt.

World Bulletin/News Desk
Turkish satirical magazine Cafcaf, the only publication in Turkey which places emphasis on Islamic values, has hit back to the Charlie Hebdo arrogance with a unique cover.
Cafcaf magazine has responded to Hebdo with an equally moving magazine cover in French – who have massacred human rights in the name of liberal, modern Europe - saying “Non, rien n'est pardonne” translated as “NO, nothing has been forgiven”.
"Arrogance has become a habit of the European culture, who have placed themselves above others in a position where they are free and unquestionable and in turn, have elicited a significant response from the entire world," the magazine said in a statement.
Charlie Hebdo, in their latest publication had put a caricature depicting the Prophet Mohammed shedding a tear and holding up a sign saying “Je suis Charlie”, the message of solidarity with the victims. Above the cartoon are the words, “All is forgiven”.
Cafcaf, in answer to Charlie Hebdo, showed pictures pointing to those who have been oppressed in Afghanistan, Gaza, Chechnya, Iraq, Syria, Egypt and China, with a Palestinian child in the front middle, all whose blood is still being spilt, saying nothing will be forgiven.
A weekly publication, the latest edition of Charlie Hebdo saw a reprint of 3 million magazines. Because of its its financial limitations, Cafcaf can only print once a month. It will only be able to reprint 25,000 in the upcoming issue in February.

According to the video[
We have already launched operations such as #OpJohnCrawford and more recently #OpTamirRice – both Ohio residents who were shot and killed by over-zealous, so-called “law enforcement” who believed that holding BB-guns was enough to sentence the to death. These killer cops offered citizens no more than two seconds to put down their toy weapons.
As many focus on the disproportionate number of African Americans victimized by racist rogue police officers, it is also worth mentioning those of other backgrounds such as Salt Lake City resident Dillon Taylor, who was shot and killed by police for not responding to orders quickly enough. This was because he had earbud headphones in his ears.
Other well-known cases such as the killing of a homeless man, Kelly Thomas in 2011, remind us that while certain so-called “minority” groups might often find themselves disproportionately victimized by racist police officers, this is a broader phenomenon – one that involves the increasing militarization of police departments and the desensitization of officers to the lives and rights of citizens.
We are here to tell corrupt and homicidal members of law enforcement that they are no longer safe to commit crimes with impunity. If your own respective departments and federal agencies will not punish you, we will. You will no longer be able to lurk in the shadows: the light of justice will shine upon you and your personal information. You will not be able to live out comfortable, easy lives where your can forget about your crimes. Every day that you walk the streets, you will be recognized, and your whereabouts will be known by Anonymous activists, and protesters who continue to form alliances with us.
Anonymous hackers will join in a massive waves of cyber attacks, in conjunction with allies and Anonymous activists who take action on the streets. We will demonstrate outside of your homes, and your places of work. Your personal, financial and other most guarded secrets will be exposed. You will not be allowed to live the comfortable lives you so desire, when there are innocent lives you have taken.
We call upon any honest and moral members of local and federal law enforcement to continue to assist us in these efforts. You know, as well as we do, that these rogue officers are a disgrace to your profession. Realize that even in your departments and federal agencies, there are more allies with our operations than you could imagine. Departments and federal agencies that will not punish the guilty and cover up their crimes will become a target as well. Others who join in efforts to defend murder by agents of the State, such as members of the KKK, will continue to be targets, regardless of their recent efforts to backpedal. If you do not wish to become targets, then stand on the side of justice and be on the right side of history.
For the purposes of addressing some of the most recent crimes first, we will target officers who have carried out their crimes in 2014. This should not give officers who committed earlier crimes any reason to imagine that they will be spared. We will get to each of you, as this is a part of a long operation which will be carried out in waves.
Some of the killer cops who we are putting on notice from the beginning of this operation are as follows:
First and foremost: Officer Darren Wilson… We are far from done with you and the prosecuting attorney Robert P. McCulloch, who went to great lengths to justify your brutality. All who are responsible for the unjust verdict, you’re on our radar now.
As you are so prominent on our list, perhaps the least needs to be said about what is coming for you. Realize that you will never live in peace.
We commend the officers within the Ferguson and St. Louis Police Departments who have been providing us with information. Your allegiance to justice shows us that there are still some good within your ranks who will not bow to pressure from a corrupt system.
Officer Sean Williams, of the Beavercreek, Ohio Police Department. You gunned down John Crawford in cold blood. You shot him for holding a toy gun in a state where holding real guns in Walmart is perfectly legal. You had been advised of this before you pulled the trigger. Now you are on notice from us. The Greene County Prosecutor may have chosen not to indict you, but Anonymous has indicted you.
We commend Officer Darko who accompanied you for not pulling the trigger when John Crawford began running towards him. He saw clearly that at this point, your victim had placed the air rifle on the ground. You chose then to shoot him anyway.
We have no conflict with you officer Darkow. We further comment Chief Evers for retiring from the corrupt Beavercreek Police Department. Officers who leave corrupt departments or stand up to those corrupt officers within them have nothing to fear from us.
Officer Bron Cruz, your shooting of Dillon Taylor was ruled justifiable by Salt Lake County District Attorney Sim Gill on Tuesday. But the Anonymous Verdict is a very different one. You may think that the troubles you have been facing are over, but we assure you that they are just beginning.
Rookie Officer Timothy Loehmann, last weekend you shot 12-year-old Tamir Rice, without giving him a chance to explain that he only had a BB-gun. Officer Garmback was with you, and because of his experience on the job, he did not pull the trigger. This further highlights your overreaction. The Cleveland Police Department, however, has found themselves our target because instead of acknowledging your crime, they covered it up – lying – saying that Tamir pointed the gun at you. You blamed the victim of Officer Loehmann’s crimes, rather than protecting him. Since you have refused to come to the defense of the innocent, we have taken up his cause.
It has come to our attention that the FBI is investigating our response to your corruption. Perhaps those in the FBI who still believe in justice should focus their efforts at investigating your corrupt department.
This same department recently took the life of Tanisha Anderson, slamming her on the concrete. Instead of bringing the brutal officers to justice, the Cleveland Police Department has been engaged in a cover-up that consistently blames unarmed victims of police brutality for their own deaths.
Boone County, Kentucky Deputy Tyler Brockman, your shooting of Samantha Ramsey has put your in our sights.
Utah police involved in the cover-up of the shooting death of Darrien Hunt, you have not been forgotten. New autopsy results have revealed that you shot this “cosplayer” dressed as a samurai in the back. The State has refused to bring you to justice, so Anonymous has decided to hold you accountable.
Other police and government agents involved in the killing or cover-up of any innocent, unarmed citizens will be subject to #OpAnonVerdict. You will see the results of this operation online and right in front of your houses and places of employment. This is only the beginning.
We Are Anonymous.
We Are Legion.
We Do Not Forgive.
We Do Not Forget.
Expect Us.

Do we need #OPJOHNCRAWFORD style resistance nationwide? Huey Newton Gun Club national action March 16

Thug cops beat the crap out of a homeless young Jewish man inside a synagogue youth shelter

A few days ago I put up a post supporting the Huey P. Newton Gun Club, which is organizing armed self defense against police violence and abuse in Texas, and also, I believe, setting the stage for a replacement of the corrupt and racist police with community based security. My impression is that they quite correctly see this issue as being a most urgent matter for the African American Community but that they encourage others, such as myself and progr by essive people in general to challenge the police state by all reasonable means including by emulating their actions, by supporting actions on March 16 and by making a monetary contribution to help forward their good work.

If the PTB have made it all but impossible to organize similar self defense where you live, as in New York City, for example it would not be a bad idea if you were to contact and seek the  issistance of the National Rifle Association  to work to  recuperate your Second Amendmendment rights.

Support and assist the Huey P: Newton Gun Club. National Action is called for March 16.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

ARM UP FOR SELF DEFENSE — NATIONAL DAY OF ARMED CIVILIAN PATROLS
The Huey P. Newton Gun Club seeks to inform the international community and have them recognize the oppressive conditions that exist in every black, brown, and poor white community across the United States of America. As we attempt to organize and galvanize for mere survival on a daily basis, we are being shot down by malicious police agencies who have sworn to protect and serve the public, but have instead forsaken their oath. These police agencies protect the interests of the ruling class, much as they did in past with slave patrols in the South and strike breakers in the late 19th and early 20th century.
Police Terrorism, along with ill-advised and racist grand-juries across America, have failed to indict officers for murder even in circumstances where overwhelming evidence has existed to suggest an indictment would be appropriate. The emergence of The Huey P. Newton Gun Club has prompted black people specifically, and others generally, to take up arms for self-defense in response to these atrocities. The families of Mike Brown, Eric Garner, and John Crawford III, all exemplify the pain of thousands of victims of state-sponsored police murder without the due process of law; otherwise known as being killed extra-judicially.
In the tradition of revolutionary spirit, The Huey P. Newton Gun Club will not be idle during this most delicate time in history. The people of the World and the United States specifically, demand that we seize the moment where the issue of police terrorism is common among the masses. We are in agreement with the demonstrators in Ferguson, New York City, Oakland, Los Angeles, Chicago, and others cities that have taken to the streets in recent months to voice their outrage at an unjust system.
We realize that ongoing oppressive conditions breed the necessity of people to free themselves from the yoke of state oppression. Effective immediately, the Huey P. Newton Gun Club hereby mandates a national day of action, to include civilian patrols in every major city across the United States, including armed self-defense patrols where legal.
As a show of unity and solidarity with people across the United States, the Huey P. Newton Gun Club will organize and participate in a national day of action known as “Arm Up for Self-Defense” on March 16, 2015. All local police departments and/or federal buildings around the country are appropriate sites for these demonstrations. Also, we request large purchases of survival equipment, supplies, and tools necessary to be used for self-defense purposes on this day. The Huey P. Newton Gun Club is not promoting violence, but rather unity and cohesion amongst groups across the country with one goal in mind,
THIS STOPS TODAY. WE DEMAND AN IMMEDIATE END TO POLICE BRUTALITY AND MURDER OF THE PEOPLE!!

‘Soviets invading Germany, Ukraine:’ Berlin faces tough choice on PM Yatsenyuk’s WW2 take

This week, Ukraine Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk said the USSR had invaded Germany and Ukraine in WW2. Despite attempts by the Western press to bury the story, Russia is now demanding answers from Berlin.
Nothing is louder than silence. I know this, you know this and you can be sure that Angela Merkel knows it too. Why then is the Chancellor’s government refusing to comment on Arseniy Yatsenyuk’s extraordinary remarks? The reasons are complex, as I will shortly outline. First, though, here’s what Yatsenyuk actually said.
"All of us still clearly remember the Soviet invasion of Ukraine and Germany," he told German-state broadcaster ARD. "We need to avoid [a repeat of] it."
"Nobody has the right to rewrite the results of the Second World War," he also added. "Russia's President Putin is trying to do exactly this."
When I saw the comments on my Twitter timeline, I was initially convinced it was a joke. So much disinformation is circulated on the platform that I automatically dismissed it as a misquote. Surely a senior politician wouldn’t say something like that? Only 24 hours later, when I saw Yatsenyuk’s words still swooshing through the Twitter-sphere, did I realize that he actually did utter those words.
Arseniy Yatsenyuk, apparently handpicked for the PM post by US diplomat Victoria Nuland, believes the USSR invaded Germany in WW2. This runs contrary to the almost universally accepted narrative that Germany actually attacked the Soviets first in Operation Barbarossa. After repelling the attack, USSR forces eventually made it to Berlin where they met the other liberating powers, the USA and Britain.
Naturally, some are claiming that Yatsenyuk made a slip of the tongue. This is hogwash. The only thing that dropped was his mask. I’ve heard similar remarks before and the location was Western Ukraine, where the PM is from. Yatsenyuk hails from Chernivsti, widely regarded as the region’s second cultural capital, after Lvov, which is viewed by many as the nationalist stronghold.
Something interesting used to happen each May 9 in Ukraine (the anniversary of the German surrender in 1945). Kiev, Kharkov, Odessa, Donetsk, Dnipropetrovsk and all the other major cities, bar one, honored the defeat of the Nazis. Many in Lvov have never looked too happy with the day. In fact, in 2011, local ‘patriots’ went a step further by attacking a small gathering of veterans who were commemorating the occasion.
The reason for this feeling is simple. West Ukrainians believe that they lost the war. Their side was defeated. Put simply, Yatsenyuk is merely a product of his environment. However, this time he expressed publicly a view that was probably previously restricted to private discourse. It's possible that he felt a German audience might have been sympathetic to his position. If so, that was a huge misread of the German people.

Standard North American and Western European history textbooks give students the impression that WW2 in Europe was a fight between Germany, the USSR, France and the UK, with the US getting involved later. The other countries where the war was fought are, largely, regarded as victims of Germany. This is simplistic. In reality, Germany wasn’t alone in its invasion of the USSR in 1941. Forces from Romania, Finland, Italy, Hungary and Slovakia also took part and West Ukrainian elements collaborated with Hitler’s war machine.
The difference between Ukraine and, for example, Slovakia is that Slovaks have come to understand that their wartime behavior was wrong. The pro-Nazi leader, Jozef Tiso, is rightly reviled among the vast majority in Kosice and Bratislava. However, in West Ukraine, their chief Hitler acolyte Stepan Bandera is accorded ‘hero’ status. Indeed, there’s a gigantic statue of him in front of the main railway station in Lvov.
Ukrainian reverence for relics of the Nazi past is both embarrassing and worrying for Germany. I’m sure Merkel often wishes that her NATO allies had found a more reasonable client state to antagonize Russia with. Ukraine’s refusal to deal with its past head-on is a festering boil for EU diplomats.
Just this week, the Czech President, Milos Zeman, was embroiled in an argument with Bandera fan boys in Ukrainian academia.
“You are aware of the Bandera statement: ‘You must kill every Polish person between 16 and 60 years of age?’ If you say you don’t know this - then what kind of scholars of Ukrainian studies are you?” he wrote.
Zeman continued: “I want to tell you that Bandera wished to make out of Ukraine a vassal state of Germany… I can’t congratulate a country that has such ‘national heroes.’”
This also explains the silence of German media on Yatsenyuk’s words. If the German public were made fully aware of what the visitor from Kiev had said, they would be outraged. So much so that Merkel could be forced to withdraw all support for Ukraine.
If Yatensyuk’s comments were widely circulated, they would embolden revisionists in Germany and beyond - something there is, sadly, no shortage of.
Just as it seemed the story would fade away, the Russian Foreign Ministry made a late intervention, asking Berlin to outline its official position on Yatsenyuk’s verbiage. The reply, assuming it ever arrives, will be telling.
The statements, views and opinions expressed in this column are solely those of the author and do not necessarily represent those of RT.
