The Eagle gets five stars as a place for nightline cabbies to make some money.
Scores is a good place to go at the end of shift. Often there are very good long rides and above average tips.
HQ used to be great about rewarding taxi drivers who brought in clients. I don't know if this still stands. At any rate as for getting customers out of that place, it's not the greatest.
