A true story-
Many years ago I was at the garage waiting for the dispatcher to call my name and give me a car to work. He kept calling this new guy and said words to the effect of he should brng himself to the window or he won't be working. It was snowing and I stepped outside to look for the guy. There he was, toughing and tasting the stuff, and he was crying and said "Man I never saw this before.He went to the window and got his key and went to work.
ack in the old days you needed a clean UD or Canada driver license for three years to drive a cab. Ed Koch reformed that.
