I will either sign a document that might not even be showed to me "voluntarily" accepting a Citibank Debit card and waive my right to get my credit card refund in cash after each shift or hit the door and look for other work. I intend to comply. Citibank now gets my tips.
I will be asked to sign and perhaps carry a management inspired petition against the Yassky Bloomberg rip off for Desai of six cents for every trip I do. This dirty work I will not do. I will fight this Desai ripoff but not carry management's water the way Desai carries Bloombetg's water.
