I had posted about the taxi toilet situation at New York Waterways and I dared William Wachtel to stop taxi drivers from using the toilet facilities at New York Waterways.
Maybe there is no connection but it seems that lately if a taxi driver stops at New York Watefways a Wachtel employee will sic underworked New York State Park Police to come and write up a ticket.
