Today I called Justice Margaret Chan of the New York State Supreme Court

I had to leave a recorded message and I am prepared to do the same several times per week.

Judge Chan ordered the New York Taxi and Limousine Commission to stop stealing six cents from every taxi driver  at each trip on April 8. As far as I can see the taxi fleets and brokers were never officially notified to stop withholding this money. At my garage they continue taking this money. I am hoping Judge Chan can intervene and bring reality to her ruling.

Update I got a call back from the judge's office and I got some information on how to move forward on this matter. I am grateful.for this.
