Trying to complain to the Taxi and Limousine Commission about the continued unlawful collection of the six cent per ride "health tax" seems to be impossible.

The TLC does not invite written or on line complaints from drivers regarding fleet violations of their few rights. We must do so by telephone. Today I tried that and it did not go well. After waiting for 25 minutes I got through to s representative. We did not seem to be able to understand each other. I tried to work with her until the phone went dead. I hope to get this complaint through email and snail mail to Judge Chan, the TLC, the Taxi Workers Alliance and the mayor's office. Please wish me luck.
