Mother catches an undercover cop stealing her son's money after she comes across him riffling through her car. The cop hastily walks off with his head down after being discovered by the owner of the car with her camera phone in hand. The officer did not have so much as an evidence bag to indicate he was performing a legal duty.
This serves as more proof that New York is under siege by an organized crime syndicate that calls itself the NYPD. If an NYPD cop stops you make damned sure the entire encounter is being recorded or you might find yourself having to prove your innocence for a crime you did not commit.
