How come at Marshall's on 225 Street in the Bronx (Marble Hill) Spanish speaking customers can't get information in Spanish? There are Spanish - English bilingual employees on hand. Is it maybe the bilingual staff would like to be paid more than less skilled workers? Wouldn't it make sense to offer Spanish language customer service in the Bronx?
