It looks like the Green taxis are working their market magic (wrecking) and it doesn't seem to me that NYC is going to have a successful Owner driver medallion auction ( or a corporate medallion auction either) any time soon. The City had been planning to raise a billion dollars through auctions this year but they've killed tbe golden goose.
