A couple of these men let their enthusiasm go too far but gee whilickers! Since when are "good morning" or "hey baby" assaultive words??
If she walked into a bar and was told by a well dressed white man that she looked good would she take offense? Maybe call a cop??
The human race exists because many many many men are attracted biologically to healthy looking women of child rearing age.
While society demands the appearance of probity and serial monogamy men's eyes are still going to seek and find healthy looking women of child rearing age.
Some non edumicated men are less shy than others in expressing their appreciation on the streets. White settlers who are moving into one time ghettos need be careful of pushing around the people who were there first.
