Do the #riot thing and here come the #OathKeepers and now to my way of thinking we have a litmus test for Libertarianism

How Strangely the will the Tools of a Tyrant pervert the plain meaning of words

Samuel Adams

I´m not the most popular guy in part because my opinions often are ¨off the chart-¨ Maybe becase I´ve been occupying an armchair  for lots of years I ought to hold my peace but sitting up here on a mountain top in Venezuelaand following #Ferguson #Shutitdown etc. emotions and opinions are welling up inside of me and so I am going to toss my two cents into all the discussion about the rights and wrongs of the #Ferguson #MikeBrown #BlackLivesMatter debates going on.ations to wipe their feet on

I´m no Maoist but I know the man led an enormous revolution that eventually put China on the road to being not a semi colony and impoverished international  doormat for other nations to wipe their feet on inroa great power where poverty is being reduced at a rapid rate even in spite of a global economic jam up.ad that he certainly was an expert on some things, for example, revolution.

Nicholas Kristoff  has written a series of columns in The New York Times in which he makes a case that African.Americans oppression is here and now, not simply in the history books, and thst white people don t ¨get it.¨ He´s right but I think theres something he doesn´t get, and that is that African Americans need a revolution, and because white Americans do not want to ¨get it¨ one that they lead, that puts their situation front and center.

So now I turn to a great man who knew about revolutions and who with all his debatable failings led one that is resulting in saved lives (poverty means hunger and humger kills) and respect for a vast nation that was not getting any of that for centuries.

Here is what he probably would say about #Ferguson and our country{s need for a Black led revolution::

Mao Tse-tung quotes (showing 1-30 of 31)

“A revolution is not a dinner party, or writing an essay, or painting a picture, or doing embroidery; it cannot be so refined, so leisurely and gentle, so temperate,  kind, courteous, restrained and magnanimous. A revolution is an insurrection, an
act of violence by which one class overthrows another.”
― Mao Tse-tung

“...the evil system of colonialism and imperialism arose and throve with the enslavement of Negroes and the trade in Negroes, and it will surely come to its end with the complete emancipation of the Black people.”
― Mao Tse-Tung

????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

Ït does not require a majority to prevail but rather an irate, tireless minority keen to set brushfires in people´s minds.

????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

In Ferguson, yet another unarmed Black man was murdered by a cop who got away with it through a corrupted  dishonest non functioning system that does not typically deliver justice. This system is so corrupted and Constitutional that it is pretty much impossible to present a practical and realistic scenario by which those who are aware of this problem, and who understand how the entire planet is imperiled, and who want to change it in zombie nation can prevail inside or outside the system.

That´s where Mao and  Adams converge. Think about it.

??????????????????????????????????????????????

Riots are messy and they hurt innocent people, just like wars and revolutions do.

Ideally it´s best to have militant´protests . For one thing riots invite opportunistic elements that are interested only in self aggrandizement, loot or booty if you will. The looting of stores, burning of plaves of emploument and the places where people get their food. I remember a riot that was occaisioned by a power failure in New York that left neighborhoods like Bushwick bereft of places where a person could buy food to cook and eat, for years and years. The justified Los Angeles riot-rebellion let off steam. ,ade racism and police brutality issues in the publi)c discourse (distorted and temporarily ) and turned out to be catastrophic for the African American community which has shrunk by can American community.by 123,000.

Here is what wiki said about the aftermath of the Los Angeles uprising:

So I should welcome the entry of the unknown quantity called Oath Keepers into the Ferguson situation. Ostensibly lobertarian constitutionalists, ostensibly with no anti Black axe to grind, ostensibly outraged by unconstitytional acts of a militarized police force against people who want to express a point of view.

For better or for worse we shall see how they react to attacks on small businesses and how they react to more serious attacks on people who are tring to change the world for the better´I  dont trust the Oth Keepers.
