It went out all over the world. Pro Russian separatists in The Donetsk People's Republic in Ukraine had distributed a leaflet yo Jewish people demanding they "register" and threatening to deport, disposes, snd denaturalize them. It eas picked up by all the MSM.
It was just another lie this one manipulating Jewish people and others who oppose Jew Hate sometimes called antisemitism into joining the global anti Russia hysteria. Stuff like this is cynical and low life attempting also to stir up distrust and dislike of Jews among Russians and anti war folks.
