4D58- Looks to me like a jackball "airport only" taxi driver stationed in the "Hotel Loading Zone" at the Intercontinental Hotel on East 48th Street @6;30 pm while a few feet away there is a paying guest needing a taxi.

I was lucky to get these shots. Too bad i couldn't get the frustrated hotel guest. Or the prosperous doorman. Or the airport dispatcher who probably will be selling a shorty ticket to this driver.

Question: does the doorman tip back to hotel Intercontinental management??
