The Patrolmen´s Benevolent Association is angry that five Black m who were framed for an en atrocious crime that they were not guilty of, but who were framed by the NYPD in the days ofCrook Edward I. Koch´s regime and who spent a generation locked up were compensated, finally 15 years after being released from prison. The stuff about not compensationg injured cops is bullshit, btw.
