I don't quite understand why I was suspended, kicked off, terminated booted, cancelled by twitter, maybe it was my videos? And I thought twitter upholds free speech.

So I will repost what I think the problem was or is with twitter, right here. I've appealed. The videos show me talking about things that matter to me, and with passion, as I see the city establishment allowing thousands of our children to suffer fatal and painful cancers and others to have their mental capacities stunted by PCBs in the pubic schools that Mike Bloomberg is so proud of.  You bet I was and still am cursing mad about it, both what the city fathers are doing ( banned or not doing) and the boot from twitter.

Yes I also saltily object to being robbed by the technology that Bloomberg forced on the taxi industry.

Here are the posts :
UPDATE AS OF THURSDAY, March 14 twitter has ended its ban on me.

Rolling in the Floor, Laughing my ass off at Mike Bloomberg's sodajerk epic fail in court

Please be patient with the quality of the video. It was made with a cheap cell phone in a taxicab at night. The point is the words. Please listen.

I laugh my ass off over Bloomberg's epic soda jerk fail in court yesterday but really this shit is not so funny.

Bloomberg gets his ass beat in court from time to time and thank God he does! His epic fail taxi plan left New York City with a one billion dollar gap i the budget! How funny is that? Sure let me rtive my taxi through the side streets of the South Bronx looking for passengers as they come out of their homes to be arrested for loitering or stopped and frisked by Bloomberg's fucjing cops! I'LL CRUISE 135TH STREET THE DAY CHARLES FUCKING SCHWAB OPENS AN OFFICE ON 138TH AND SAINT ANNE! So, get the fuck out of here.

Bloomberg goes on national media to tell the world he carees about people's health! Well, what the fuck is he doing to address the public health emergency of PCBs in 1200 New York public schools, where these children are going to die painfully of cancer, or have their brains physically stunted!

And where the hell are Christine Quinn, Bill DeBlasio and John Liu?? We need some genuine Democrats to step up, but failing that I will yell and scream about the PCBs thast sre hurting and killing our kids!!!!

Hello, but what the fuck is an election for??????? PCBs pollute NYC's classrooms. Among other deleterious impacts, PCB exposure in low doses impairs forever a child's ability to learn. How ironic then that we are having an election for mayor of the cty and no candidate but me thinks this is an imminent health emergency that requires emergency measures.

Eugene Weixel Challenges Christine Quinn: DO something NOW about PCBs in the schools.

Well, what do you know? Under the great -  good Michael Bloomberg public school kids are being exposed to PCBs but not to worry! Mike Bloomberg has a ten year plan to clean this up. That's right, I said a ten year plan to get PCBs out of the public schools. True enough this dangerous and outrageous situation is not the newest news, though it surfaced again recently as if it were something that wasn't known about before.
Kids are and will be doomed to death by cancer as long as this situation dilly dallies along. Now, Christine, you are the head honcho of the City Council. You can't convince me that there is nthong you can actually do to spped this process up, you know getting poisons out of children's public school classrooms, something that might concern some people.

So good for you, you are running for Mayor of NYC and I am damned sure running against you. Now, do something real. NOW.

I expect you won't. When I am the mayor this shit will be job one. If I have to ask Cuomo for the national guard to do it I wll. If I have to ask Obama to give me the Army Corps of Engineers to do it I will.

EPA To Bloomberg: Ten Years Is Too Long To Rid Schools Of PCBs

Hey, what's a little cancer between friends?

New York City’s 10-year plan to identify and replace school-building light fixtures that are leaking toxic chemicals should be handled in a speedier and more comprehensive fashion, the Environmental Protection Agency said Friday.

Federal officials initially praised the city for taking a step in the right direction when it announced its plan last month as part of a wider energy efficiency effort. But the E.P.A. is rejecting the city’s timeline of 10 years and pushing for a shorter time frame, although how much shorter is still a subject of discussions with the city, said Judith Enck, the agency’s regional administrator in New York.

“Ten years is too long,” Ms. Enck said in an interview Friday. “From our inspections, we’ve found that there’s a problem with leaking light ballasts, and I’d be concerned with the problem lingering for a long period of time.”

The issue of replacing old fluorescent light fixtures has become a pressing one for the city since a pilot study that began last year identified leaking lighting ballasts as a major source of high levels of the toxic chemical compounds known as PCBs in air samples taken from schools. Subsequent spot inspections of schools by the E.P.A. this year found that the problem appeared to be pervasive in the school system. The city could face civil penalties if it does not properly address the PCB contamination.

Under pressure from both federal officials and worried parents, city officials announced in February that they would allocate $702 million to replace light fixtures in nearly 800 school buildings as part of a broader effort that would involve other energy efficiency upgrades. But the plan immediately drew criticism from school advocates who said that eliminating the PCB contamination was too urgent to wait a decade to complete.

On Friday, most members of the City Council added their voices to the criticism, calling a news conference and sending a letter to Ms. Enck asking her to insist that the lights be replaced within two years. The letter was signed by 41 of the 51 council members.

“This is something that has brought the Council together,” said Julissa Ferreras, a councilwoman from Corona, Queens. “This is a health hazard.”

Indeed, it is a health hazard.

But Bloomberg and Black don't give a shit about that.

They don't give a shit about children getting cancer.

They don't give a shit about teachers and staff getting cancer.

They don't give a shit if people die as a consequence of their refusal to remove the PCBs in a timely manner.

They just don't give a shit.

They DO care about saving money, and so what if some people get cancer or DIE as a result of their negligence.

After all, as my friend NYC Educator likes to say, the only thing thatREALLY matters in this world is making sure that Steve Forbes pays less taxes every year.

Leaving PCBs in the schools for ten years certainly does help keep the Forbes tax bill low.

Bloomberg I don't like this shit of being robbed. Goddamned credit card swipe gizmo! Goddamned GPS! I get angry, then philosophical, then I sing a favorite Bob Dylan song.

It's all on the video. It's inevitable. Mike Bloomberg  has some friends, they had some shit to sell....
