Over at my garage a big change is under way. In spite of a Government Issued Taxi Driver Bill of Rights that enshrines the daily pay day the fleet owners - and more significantly Citibanksters are moving ahead with plans to coerce drivers into giving up this right for Citibanksters debit cards so that taxi drivers can share their credit card tip money with deserving Citibanksters in the form of transaction fees.
