And how dare the Taxi and Limousine Commission force drivers to buy this insurance from the incompetent Taxi Workers Alliance if by law they should have been forcing the millionaire medallion owners to buy it for the drivers?

Yet they go on taking six cents a ride from the drivers for eight weeks now while  providing ZERO SERVICE.
