About a week ago two Afrikaner men got into my taxi seeking exotic adventure. I asked them what they think of the still new South Africa. They both said Mandela was a brilliant leader and that thanks to him "everyone won."
Not so. In the first election there was a party whose slogan was "one settler one bullet." They lost to Mandela the way Credico lost to deBlasio.
