The Mayor so loves cabbies he's gone to court to appeal Judge Margaret Chan' s ruling that he stop stealing six cents a trip from this overworked voiceless group that is misrepresented by the charlatans Fernando Mateo and Bhairavi Desai. The mayor claims to be especially concerned with the health and well being of taxi drivers. I suspect he is more concerned with media star Bhairavi Desai not being a pain in the butt to him.
