For as long as I can remember the sidewalks at Grand Concourse and West 138th Street in the Bronx has been loaded with pigeon droppings. The pigeons roost on the rails and pillars of the Metro North and drop their loads. Thealso walk on the sidewalks as do dozens of workers daily. This situation has to be an unhealthy one. These photos only show part of the mess and don't show the sidewalk food businesses.
