Last night for the first time a passenger got into my cab and told me she had read this blog and likes it, thinks it's very funny. So, little by little my work on this blog is coming to fruition.
It seems the main thing this blog has evolved into is a platform for a campaign against mayor Bloomberg's legacy. It gets me seriously upset to see how because of his money he gets away pretty much with murder. For example, his ridiculous bird feeding plan for LaGuardia Airport. His plan is to build a waste transfer station 2,200 feet from a major runway at the airport. This is insane but initially the FAA actually approved this harebrained and very dangerous scheme. It took the efforts of Captain Sully Sullenberger, the hero who saved so many lives after the plane he was piloting got struck by birds and disabled, along with some lawyers, to get their attention. It is now probable that they are going to reverse their decision but my problem is with how they were going to allow this thing to begin with and the only answeR I could come up with goes like this; BLOOMBERG HAS TWENTY BILLION DOLLARS. HE CAN MAKE OR BREAK PEOPLE AS HE WISHES. Well, I'm already pretty much broken and he didn't do it.
